Goal: Develop and maintain consistent, integrated brand identity. Make a big, mostly mall-based brand feel more like a boutique.
Creative Role: Managed 8-person team. Partnered with Marketing, Copy, PR, Merchant, and In-Store Visual leads on J.Crew, crewcuts, Factory and specialty stores. Created packaging, in-store signage and window graphics, look books, POP, direct marketing, trim, print collateral, and promotional materials. Hired and directed talent and vendors.
